Howard M. Kuo, AIA
Howard M. Kuo, AIA is Principal and Co-Founder of Kuo Diedrich. As a respected luminary on design, he travels the world assisting high profile clients in creating successful projects by delivering solutions that are elegant, innovative, and authentic. Howard's global viewpoint, as well as his distinctive blend of design aesthetic and management, ensures the proper implementation of his artistic ideas.
Prior to the founding of Kuo Diedrich, Howard's experience comprised of working for firms in Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia. Although the friendship extends many years prior, his working relationship with co-founder Mark Diedrich since 1995 laid the framework for today's firm.
Howard attended The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (BSAS, M.Arch) graduating with multiple design honors and a concentration in management. He is a registered Architect and NCARB certified with registrations held in Georgia and over a dozen other states. Howard is a member of the American Institute of Architects, ULI (Urban Land Institute), the Perimeter Insiders, a guest speaker at Hampton University, and a regular attendee of golf industry conferences worldwide.
Raised in Blacksburg Virginia, Howard's eclectic interests range from golf to NASCAR to horology. More recently, however, the majority of his free time has been devoted to his wife and two beautiful daughters.
